Bernadette Brady, one of the world's leading astrologers, will be speaking in Exeter in April 2012. Exeter Astrology Group invites you to attend this rare opportunity to hear Bernadette talk on Predictive Astrology.

Hullo Everyone,
Just a note to say bring your charts, a print out of your transits and secondary progressions. I want to work from your charts and use the day to show my way of combining transits and progressions into what I call a Time Map.
Additionally we will place this map into the context of your life story.
All of us live in a narrative from birth to death. Good predictive work in astrology is not attempting to predict an exact event but is rather about placing the individual within their narrative so that they understand not only the next 12 months but also the next 20 years of their life.
As astrologers we work with Kairos time, time which has a quality, rather then just chronos time - the modern view of time as simply a quantity. We will thus be spending the day learning to read the quality of future time.
I hope to meet many of the Exeter Astrology Group, and please bring along all your questions about predictive astrology. Lets make it a day to remember, we will work hard but also laugh.

Parking
Parking WILL NOT be available in the Friends' Meeting House car park for this event. There are a number of nearby Pay and Display carparks within 10 minutes walking time. Parking charges will apply.
Other Travel
Walking: The Meeting House is about ten minutes walk from the High Street. Come through the Cathedral Yard to Southernhay; turn right and walk down Southernhay to Magdalen Street; turn left down Magdalen Street; turn left just after Wynards. The Meeting House is the stone building ahead of you.
Buses: Buses run nearby along South Street and Holloway Street.
Trains: Trains come to Exeter St Davids or Exeter Central. Walk to the centre of town and follow the directions under 'Walking'. Exeter St Thomas Station is nearby - walk along Western Way from Exe Bridges Roundabout to get to the Friends' Meeting House.
Other Information - Second-Hand Bookstall
A second-hand bookstall will be set up during the event for you to browse and purchase astrological books. All purchases will contribute 25% of the price towards the running of Exeter Astrology Group. "Bernadette Brady M.A. is a professional consulting and teaching astrologer who lives in Bristol, UK.
She holds a masters degree in Culture Astronomy and Astrology from Bath Spa University, UK . In September, 2006 she was honoured by the Astrological Association of Great Britain by being award the prestigious Charles Harvey Award for "exceptional service to astrology". And in 2008 with the Regulus Award in Theory and Understanding by the USA community at UAC in Denver.
In her capacity as an astrologer she lectures, teaches, designs software and writes. She is renowned for her innovated work in visual astrology, the role of fixed stars in western astrology and for her work in predictive astrology. Her latest work is in mapping chaos theory to astrology."
Bernadette has published a number of important books in astrology including Brady's Book of Fixed Stars and Predictive Astrology - The Eagle and the Lark, a text book on predictive techniques in astrology.

Richard Burch will be sharing insights into the relationships between the outer planets - Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Richard will be looking at the long-term cyclical interactions between the three transpersonal planets of the solar system.
The advertised talk, by Maggie Hewson, will take place in January 2010.
